How to request a refund

For a digital guide or printable activity book bought directly from Becoming Reforged, email contact@becomingreforged.com within seven calendar days of your purchase date. Include the email address used at checkout, the product name, and your order number or receipt so we can locate the purchase. You do not have to give a reason.

Downloading the digital product does not disqualify you. A qualifying request receives a full refund of the amount paid for that purchase, including any tax collected. There is no restocking or download fee.

What happens next

We will confirm your request and arrange the refund through the original payment method. The time before funds appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. We will let you know when the refund has been issued.

After a refund, your personal-use license for the refunded digital product ends. Please delete your downloaded copies and stop using or sharing the product.

Download problems or incorrect charges

Contact us if your download is missing or damaged, or if you believe you were charged incorrectly. Include your order details and a brief description of the problem. Please never email your full card number or card security code.

Our seven-day promise is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law. It does not limit remedies for a faulty or misdescribed product or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Purchases from other retailers

This policy covers purchases sold by Becoming Reforged through our digital-product checkout. If you buy through Amazon or another retailer, request help or a return from that retailer under the terms shown for your order.
