Who we are

Becoming Reforged operates this website and sells its own digital guides and printable activity books from Mississippi, United States. Contact contact@becomingreforged.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we use

When you sign up, we receive your email address, any name you provide, and records of your signup, confirmation, and subscription choices. When you buy a digital product, we receive order information such as your contact details, product, purchase date, amount, payment status, and refund status. We also receive information you include in a support message.

Stripe processes payment details through the hosted checkout. Becoming Reforged does not receive your full card number or card security code. Please do not send card details or private medical information by email.

Our hosting and service providers may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, and request times to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver requested digital products, complete purchases, provide download and order support, handle refunds, maintain transaction records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations.

If you join our email list, we also use your email address to send the guide, encouragement, and occasional product updates described at signup. Our free-guide signup uses an email confirmation step before the subscription is activated. Purchasing a digital product does not require joining the marketing email list.

Email tracking and your choices

MailerLite may record email opens and link clicks using tracking pixels and tracked links. We use these reports to understand how our emails are received and improve them. Email privacy settings can affect the accuracy of open reports.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not cancel a purchase or prevent essential order, download, refund, or support messages. Your email application may let you block remote images; that can limit open tracking but does not disable tracked links.

Our forms, checkout, and hosting providers may use cookies or similar tools for functionality, security, and abuse prevention. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect forms or checkout.

Services that help us operate

MailerLite handles our signup forms, subscription records, email delivery, hosted digital-product checkout, and digital-product fulfillment. Stripe processes payments and related fraud prevention. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and delivery. We share information needed for these services and may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect rights.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Their privacy notices explain their own practices. Following a link to another website subjects your visit there to that provider’s practices.

Retention and requests

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested, manage transactions and disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We may retain an unsubscribe record to respect your choice. Retention also depends on the kind of information and the provider holding it.

Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify your request using information associated with your signup or order. Some records must be kept for legitimate legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related reasons; we will explain any applicable limit on your request. Additional rights may apply where you live.

Children and updates

Our signup forms and purchases are intended for adults. Little Forgers content is presented for parents and caregivers; children should not submit personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the latest update date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
